Tesla Model 3!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The Musk man wowed me yet again. Last night, the $35,000 Tesla Model 3 was revealed and it took the world by storm. The Model 3 is aimed at killing the BMW 3 Series, Audi A4, and any other car in the compact executive segment. Here’s the full story.

Everyone at the release were amazed by the design when the Model 3 was unveiled. Tesla made something that is at a whole new level when compared to its German competitors. The Model 3 is a shrunken Model S and has an even better slick design. The front lip for example has Aston Martin flares and the lines on the car are drawn with pinpoint accuracy. Also, the front portion of the car screams Porsche Panamera to me.

Fun fact, the Model 3 has the largest piece of glass fitted to a production car. The piece stretches from the windshield all the way to the trunk. Endless glass provides a sense of openness in the cabin, according to Musk.

The event did not go into detail regarding the interior. From the few shots I saw, I can tell you that there is the same chic, minimalistic Tesla cabin with the most exquisite materials. A big change for the Model 3 is the 17-inch screen that is now horizontal instead of vertical. I actually like the new layout and it makes it easier for the front passenger to use the screen.

Musk during the release stressed that this is the most comfortable $35,000 sedan in the world. I totally agree with the statement. Inside, five adults can sit comfortably with roomy legroom that you would expect in a full size sedan. It also has the most cargo space with the front trunk and the conventional rear trunk.

Now, let’s get to the specs. Tesla put out some general numbers that the BASE Model 3 will get to 0-60 in UNDER SIX SECONDS! The standard BMW 320i can get to 60 in 7.1 seconds if it’s a good day! Better yet, the Model 3 comes standard with 215 miles of range. Guys, don’t worry, the Musk man told us that there will be 7,200 Superchargers and 15,000 total regular chargers by the end 2016 around the world.

Musk also threw in a lot of his futuristic tech as standard. The Autopilot autonomous driving features and the safety features that go along with it come standard. STANDARD IN A CAR THAT IS $35,000! Also, all of the options needed for the supercharging, the great big touchscreen, and the best interior in the segment are all FREE and guaranteed by Musk himself.

Mercedes, Audi, GM, Ford, BMW, and any carmaker out there…beware! With a car that has Autopilot features, leads the world to a sustainable future, and has everything that drivers want, carmakers are in deep trouble. CNBC reported that on the night of the release when Musk was giving his talk, there were already 115,000 preorders for the car! There are now an estimated 198,000 preorders. By the way, it’s coming out in late 2017 so hold on to your gas cars for another year.

So, should I get one? My friends, the time has come, the price is right, it’s a sign. All you need is a credit card to make your $1,000 deposit online or in a Tesla store and then the countdown begins.
